Willing to Be a Witness
Jesus never intended for Christians to simply attend church—He commissioned us to become His witnesses. While many believers desire to share their faith, there is a significant difference between wanting to witness and being willing to witness.
A willing witness understands that both our lifestyle and our words matter. Our actions should reflect Christ, but our mouths must also proclaim the Gospel.
The message identified four essential characteristics of every active witness:
Care — Genuine love for people removes fear.
Confidence — Confidence grows as we study and understand God's Word.
Courage — Boldness flows from deep conviction that the Gospel changes lives.
Clarity — Every believer should be able to clearly explain the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
