Trusting God with Your Trouble

Mar 22, 2026    Pastor Arthur J. James

In this week’s message we learned that trouble is not a possibility—it’s a reality. But as believers, we don’t face trouble empty-handed. We face it with truth. We are reminded of three powerful truths to hold onto when life gets difficult: 1. Remember You Have Proximity. God is not distant, He is near. In your broken moments, your lowest seasons, and your hardest situations, God draws closer not farther away. 2. Remember You Can Pray. You have direct access to God. Prayer is not your last option, but it’s your first response. When you call on Him, He hears you. 3. Remember God Has All Power.

What feels impossible to you is nothing for God. Your situation may be difficult, but it is not beyond God’s ability to fix, change, or redeem. Final Reminder: You may be in trouble,

but you are not alone, you are not unheard, and you are not without help. You are not helpless, you have a hotline!
