The God Who Protects

God frustrates the plans of the wicked, hides us in the cleft of the rock, and provides 24-hour surveillance over our lives. The real revelation here is that many of our difficulties aren't always the devil's doing, sometimes they're our own decisions yet God still shows up. This truth invites us to examine where we've stepped outside of God's covering and to return to the secret place, the shelter of the Most High, where true protection resides. When we dwell there, things that burn others up only build us up.
