Be Encouraged

Mar 16, 2025    Pastor Arthur J. James

In this week’s message, we're reminded of the transformative power of encouragement in our spiritual lives. Drawing from Hebrews 10:24-25, we're called to 'think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.' This isn't just a suggestion, but a vital part of our Christian Walk. We're challenged to show up for one another, share with each other, and speak life-giving words. The early church in Acts serves as our model, demonstrating unity and selfless sharing that led to God's blessings upon them all. This message urges us to be the hands and feet of God, offering encouragement in a world full of discouragement. It's a call to action - to be present, to be generous, and to use our words to build up rather than tear down. As we face life's hardships, we're reminded that our help comes from the Lord, and that we have the power to encourage ourselves and others through God's promises.
